Announcement 1
As you move into your new position, you will have to understand the TPFDD for operational purposes. A bigger player in your position is your ability to explain the TPFDD to commanders and UDMs. With that thought in the back of your mind, in addition to your learning process, look for ways and examples to make it easier for you to explain the TPFDD to those around you.
Discussion for Module #1 provides the opportunity for you to give examples as to how you define and describe the TPFDD to the UDM.

Announcement 2
Hopefully, you understand what a TPFDD is and how it is (or can be) used in your daily operations. I trust you are finding innovative ways to provide this information to your commanders and UDMs. Moving into Module #2, which I like to refer to as the meat of the TPFDD, you will become familiar with the basic components of the TPFDD, or what the data refers to. Next you will be presented with what AFI 10-401 groups as major components. As we get into this area you will understand how they are used and how they can be helpful to you.
Discussion for Module #2 provides the opportunity for you to show off your knowledge of basic and major components of the TPFDD. It also gives you a chance to share an event with your classmates the happened on your base that involves either a basic or major component and how that event was affected in a positive or negative way. This is where we start finding out that we all are human.

Well, you have it all now. The only thing left is to tell you how to stay out of trouble and out of jail...LOL. Well, at least we will talk about how to keep the TPFDD and all classified material secure.
Discussion for Module #3 provides the opportunity for you to brag. I want you to describe one action you have implemented at your homestation to ensure classified information is properly secured IAW with USCENTCOM guidelines. This can be a process, new OI, policy update or even a checklist. You also have the opportunity to get a few extra credit points. In an effort to be open and point the finger at ourself, while helping others, and trying to prevent additional classified message incidents (CMI), describe a CMI that has occurred in your office or at your homestation. If you have not had a CMI at you homestation, provide information from your MAJCOM to counter CMIs. We work in a very small community and the more information we can pass to each other will benefit those around us.

Well, I hear someone warming up their voice in the back room, so that must mean we have finished this lesson...oh wait there's one thing left to do...the final activity. Look at Module #4 and follow the instructions. This activity is challenging, but it is not meant to be overwhelming. It was created from actual questions asked by commanders and UDMs. So, without any further delay, click Module #4 in the Assignment Tab and start impressing me.
